In order for you to help meet our expectations we have posted our hotel and restaurant guidelines. These are guidelines not rules!!!


 NASHVILLE COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL
This package is designed for the country Music Fan and the opportunity to get your picture taken with the stars. Your flight from Manchester or Hartford is included along with a four day pass to all of the events. There will be parades, block parties and a whole lot of fun breakfast included daily.

For one week in June, the country music industry says "Thank You!" to the fans at the Nashville event of the year. You can meet and greet many of your favorite artists, pick up autographs, take close-up photographs and enjoy the many live performances as well as all the other sights and sounds around Nashville including Opry Mills Shopping Mall, Wildhorse Saloon and the new Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

The main Fan Fair events are focused in three venues in downtown Nashville. Shuttle buses run between the major sites:
The CMA Music Festival is set up into three main events. Your CMA Music Festival ticket/lanyard gets you into all these events.

1) Morning/Afternoon Performances at Riverfront Park This is a first come first serve seating event held in a park like setting overlooking the beautiful Cumberland River.

2) The Autograph Sessions at the Convention Center This is one of the events that sets the CMA Music Festival apart from all other concerts. At the autograph sessions we give you the opportunity to meet your favorite stars of country music and get their autograph as well as your picture taken with them. This is a first come first serve event.

3) Nightly concerts at LP Field This is where the biggest stars of country music will be playing every night. All the seats at LP field are assigned. The best seats are on the main floor, Evening concerts are held at the LP Field, the NFL Titans' football stadium. Show times are 8:00 PM - 11 PM Thursday through Sunday. All seating is reserved, and the level of your ticket determines your seating section: We will have seats facing the stage.
