Day 1: Our journey begins as we travel to Kenet Square Pennsylvania where we will tour one of the largest mushroom factories in the country harvesting over 200,000 pounds of Mushrooms per week. See how Mushrooms are grown and harvested, On arrival at our hotel we will feature a wine and cheese reception followed by a mushroom themed diner. Dinner
