Once you arrive at the Science Center participate in a presentation about New Hampshire Wildlife. Are you curious about the critters that inhabit the Granite State? Meet some of the wild animals you might see on a hike and learn about the characteristics that suit them for life in New England. A gourmet-boxed lunch will be provided for your lunch. In the afternoon we will explore Squam Lake by pontoon boat, providing you with the best opportunity to take pictures. Squam Lake has been used four the setting of Movies such as “On Golden Pond” and is considered to be one of the most picturesque lakes in NH.   In the fall it can get chilly on the boat so bring a warm jacket.  The pontoon boats have sides that roll down in case of bad weather.
