In order for you to help meet our expectations we have posted our hotel and restaurant guidelines. These are guidelines not rules!!!

Mel is AMAZING! We booked a DC tour and we were a bit concerned because my parents are a bit older and have a few mobility issues. The tour was amazing and Mel was great about dealing with the issues. My mother had one dream - to see the cherry blossoms - he brought us to places I would have never ever imagined! There was so much more than just the tidal basin!!!! I can't imagine traveling without that kind of service again!!!!!

“We arrived in Merrimack NH for a family gathering and the front desk of our hotel directed us to Tye’s Tours for local sightseeing. We hit the jackpot on this one! Our driver/ guide picked the four of us right on time and spent the entire day with us. There were only four of us and we had a 12 passenger Mercedes Sprinter to ourselves. The limo bus was ideal for enjoying the fall colors in the White Mountains.
We were up high and stopped often for photos. We could easily have been charged much more then we paid for this all day excursion and felt Tye’s Tours provided great value. In the UK we would have paid a great deal more for a private driver guide on an all day tour. Our guide Mel, amazed us with his knowledge and legends of the Mountains. We asked for a covered bridge photo stop, and we were at a perfect location in minutes.

"What a wonderful tour I had through Tye's Tours. Mel Tye was the tour director, and he did a fantastic job informing us all about Newport, RI. He provided such historic and interesting information about this city and was friendly, courteous and fun to be with. We saw all of the areas in Newport and did things like wine tasting which made this tour even better than I expected.

" I know if it wasn't for Mel we would never have received any of the benefits that we were promised from NCL. I had a group of 36 plus we had 6 other people that were unofficially part of the group which meant 42 people were initially told that we didn't even have a dinning room reservation for the group by NCL on board staff. In fact the first night out of Boston we all had to fend for ourselves for dinner since there was no reservation put in for a group this large.
