As 2018 draws to a close I Thank each and every one of you for your patronage and support. At Tye’s Tours we value every customer and hope that you consider our staff your friends. We are privileged to serve you and thank you for your patronage and allowing us to win awards year after year for our customer service.
This year Tye’s Tours introduced a new website which we hope you like and find easy to use. We hope the new Website makes making payments and bookings easy for you when convenient for you. If you are part of a group we will give you your own web page to make payment for your group easy.
In 2018 and 2019 w have tried to reduce the amount of structure in our tours as we transition from the traditional tour to more of a concept of a discovery tour where once you arrive at a destination; you do not have to stay together as a group but have the opportunity to discover the destination at your own pace.
I discovered this fall when I was hospitalized how strong my team is and my support network is. I can’t say thank you enough to all who helped me out this fall, stepped up to the plate, took on extra responsibility and kept Tye’s Tours running when I was in a hospital bed over the peak fall foliage season. It was hard to step back but staff, friends and family made it happen. It was certainly a challenging this fall when some of our tour directors who speak foreign languages, decided to have babies over the peak season.
We are thankful that so many of our customers bonded with our tour directors and that you formed friendships with our staff. It tells me that we are hiring the right people when our tour directors are requested so often.
We are saddened by the customers that have passed on or who are no longer able to travel. I personally miss the laughs and adventures shared over the last 30 plus years with so many.
As we enter into 2019 join me on an adventure; discover new places, laugh with friends, make new friends, and don’t let life pass you by.
